	Atrium Accommodates 300-500 people. $190 hourly rate | $1500 daily rate
	Upstairs Theater Accommodates 100 people, seated. $65 hourly rate | $520 daily rate
	Production Room Accommodates 200 people. $85 hourly rate | $680 daily rate
	Main Theater Accommodates 625-775 people, seated. $1500-$4500 dependant upon technical requirements, the type of event and use of atrium.
	Board Room Accommodates 20 people. $45 hourly rate | $360 daily rate
	Lesson / Rehearsal Room Perfect for music lessons, auditions or interviews. Please inquire for our flexible rate.

Foothills reserves the right to schedule its facilities only for organizations and individuals who can demonstrate that their use of the facilities will meet the highest standards of decorum and safety as determined at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors.

Security deposit will be required. Security deposits vary depending on the type of event.
